Opening the allert when returning to GUI shows NO alerts - next time opening GUI informs there is one alert still. Will Norton eventually fully sort out V25?
Went into my account direct - states ‘You have no new alerts’
I am at Norton 360 w/LifeLock v25.4.10068.1594. I did restart earlier this morning and got the same messages. All Norton programs that I have installed show they are working properly, at least per my computer, and that I am protected. There was one time when the Norton subscription site stated that there may be problems with this program, or something to that extent. That was resolved, but I will go and check the Norton site later. It looks like I am not the only one with tees problem per mgirons.
I haven’t seen that screen before, but I got a restart notice this morning to restart my computer. I restarted, but I am still seeing the same alerts.
(I don.t have any mobile devices tied to my computer.)
Picked up email on 28th May am relating to update 25.5.10141 that was sent 8:00 pm 27th May re this update. Just checking thru’, update was actually self installed late am on 27th May with NO pop-up notification etc.- late pm BEFORE NORTON notification email was sent - not happy. Noticied this morning it had happened - now NO alerts available. Bring back the OLD version Norton, was not perfect but beats V24/25 hands up. First had ‘new’ V24 7 months ago - still numerous issues on Community - WHY?
Indeed the issues persist since the change to the Avast engine for Norton. When you ask the question why, everyone most certainly will have an answer for it from individual perspectives. Mine is in the initial post in one of my threads here:

Is this going to change and/or, user useful controls reintroduced? I’m not a betting man in that scenario. My report on version 22.24.8.36 is even incorrect. The older version is still better than what we are dealing with presently.
That did not last for long - notification this afternoon under ‘Alerts’, link shows not available & still gathering info again. No Norton test these before release? Not getting all the features we are paying for - be a refund from Norton I assume.
Sorry to say - At least I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. I have the same DWM messages - ‘We are gathering your data’ - like for 45minutes, and also ‘Unable to load your information’ - Great!
Still same issue here. The allert appears, takes to report, still cannot get info stated, then alert in GUI disappears until next open of GUI.. I have 2 old ignored alerts but there no longer appears to be a way to ignore. Those ignored alerts are Optimize disc & clean-up junk files, Windows does that anyway - prefer MS to do that properly - Norton questionable..
As per bjm’s link - takes you to your AC log-in and comes up with unable to load your information - try again later. Think I may have got March report OK - can’t remember if got April.. As my above posting, have previously INGORED alerts, have 2 ignored outstanding but also thought you could also delete them. These options no longer available from GUI. Seems may be the complete DWM module not working.
