I even ran NRnR thinking there may have been something wrong with the installation.

*Web page images seem to sometimes have problems loading. At times I have had to refresh to get the page to completely load.

Yes, I had some page load issues after my initial v24 install.

After my Reset to Default | Repair Norton and v24 Norton Remover [here]
and one Full Scan. I’m not needing to refresh pages.
