Hello @nikolo
Message: “No active subscription on this device” appears in Norton 360 app on Windows here
You’ve run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine?
Were you W11 25H2 before latest Norton update Oct 02?
What Troubleshooting have you tried?

AI Overview
To fix the “No active subscription” message, first sign in to your Norton account online to verify your subscription status and then download and reinstall Norton from your account’s “My Subscriptions” tab. If the issue persists, use the Norton Remove and Reinstall NRnR tool to completely remove the old software and then reinstall it from your account.
Sign in to your Norton Account
Open your Norton 360 app on Windows.
Click the Sign in option within the error window.
Enter your Norton account email address and password and click Sign In.
Download and Reinstall Norton from your Account
Go to my.Norton.com in your web browser.
Sign in with your Norton account credentials.
Navigate to the My Subscriptions tab or the Download tab to find your Norton product with an active subscription.
Click to download the Norton 360 installer.
Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation and activate your subscription.
Use the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool
If the issue continues after reinstalling, download the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool from the Norton Support website.
Save the tool’s file to your desktop.
Double-click the downloaded icon to run the tool.
Follow the on-screen prompts, clicking Remove and then Restart Now to completely uninstall Norton.
After restarting, reinstall Norton from your my.Norton.com account.
In some cases, excessive VPN usage might temporarily block access to Norton servers, so try disabling the VPN to see if it resolves the issue.
