Detailed description: Cloud backup date on the dashboard is wrong. It says a March date and today is May. the backup ran today and yesterday.

the date format (my location) is month/day/year
referring to the dashboard or application itself. The front facing dashboard that shows all the info.
It has a cloud backup date.

nope not that. The application front page..Home. Open application. click home button. look on right side …says cloud backup.

yes that. but after you backup files, it will show a date there. Mine has the wrong date. you didnt back up your files i guess.

yes, my machine has the proper date, but this norton product has the date incorrect for my last backup. Also , there is no option here to upload. It asked me that a while back but i cant find any upload option now.

hmm, no date of last backup? Maybe it is still backing up then.
no, on the application dashboard…not in cloud backup. Open the application and look on right side.
