Norton 360 ver 26.0.0.260126066 opens and closes

All: The issue appears to be the new versions of Norton for Android MAY no longer support Android 10? There are some conflicts with that as well. My references:

Android 11 or earlier no longer supported

Thanks. The information I was given while on Norton customer support live chat earlier this afternoon was that 360 is now only supported for Android 12 on. The operator specifically said Android 9, 10 & 11 aren’t supported. My mobile has Android 9. My tablet also has version 9 but 360 still works on that. I tried using the add devices link and also direct search on Google play. Neither route will give an option to install the app., without which you can’t use 360.

Official Norton documentation still states Android 10 IS still supported:
