Norton Backup Drive deleted with latest Norton 360 App Update

When logging directly into your Norton Account, you cannot manage or delete files from your backup sets. The only option is to delete the entire Backup Set. You can open the Backup Set and restore files within it, but there’s no way to delete individual files.

To address this, I called Customer Support and had them install the older version of Norton 360. This version provides access to the “Norton Backup Drive” in the File Menu of “This PC.” With the Norton Backup Drive, you can see all your saved Norton Backup Sets linked to your account and manage or delete files within them from any computer under your subscription.

Customer Support assured me that this issue will be resolved in a future update of the new Norton 360 app.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on managing auto-updates that lack these Backup Set features?

The 24.10 should fix the problem if not there is a 24.11 a major bugfix patch out whit no patch note yet and the 24.12 is a fix to the backup also
