My version of Norton only shows Safecam on the privacy screen.
I have, and I don’t know why, Norton for Gamers - I don’t nor ever have done gaming - is this an issue?

Norton version number?
did you migrate from BullGuard to Norton?
what’s your geo-location/country

Norton 360 for Gamers includes VPN
https://us.norton.com/products/norton-360-for-gamers

Maybe, your legacy Norton GO
https://support.norton.com/sp/en/en/home/current/solutions/v20220928185957303

would be helpful is you’d post screenshot

I can’t see the version number, and have to log off now for today.
I did migrate from BullGuard
UK
Thanks again for your help I will pick this up tomorrow

Norton GO - UK does not include VPN nor SafeCam except Norton GO Platinum includes VPN & Safe Cam as per
https://support.norton.com/sp/en/gb/home/current/solutions/v20220928185957303

were my subscription - I’d ask Norton support how former BullGuard users can transition to Norton 360.

Thank you for your help - you have indirectly helped; in looking for my version number I went through several of the options in Norton, and found one about updating applications. There was one for Chrome, which I applied and so far the symptoms have disappeared.

I can assure you that Norton was blocking those websites (only in Chrome), When I turned it off, the websites all behaved correctly.

Again, I am very grateful for your kind help
Best wishes

If your Norton is not working as expected after you’ve tried Reset to Default & Repair Norton & clean re-install Norton 360…then…reach out to Norton support.
