There is no error message. It still works. All I need to do is refresh the page at least 2-3 times and it is fine. So basically what I am saying is, everytime I visited a page, the UI is not pleasant to view when installed Norton. To view a nice webpage, I have to refresh it. Norton is blocking the webpage viewing experience. When I uninstall Norton, it is working fine, i don’t need to refresh my webpage at all to view it nicely. It is very annoying everytime to view it nicely, I have to refresh several time for the page to view it nicely. If there is no solution, can I get a refund and buy MacAffee. They seem to be more reliable. The VPN is causing alot of issue for me, it slow down viewing webpages and the image isn’t loading.

Are you within 60 days of purchase date?

I purchased Norton on 3rd September 2024

This post needs visibility. I have this same issue on a fresh install of Win11 Pro in MS Edge with the latest version of Norton 360: 24.10.9535 (build 24.10.9535.880). I do have the uBlock Origin ad blocker extension installed but have determined that’s not the cause of websites not fully loading - the issue still occurs on sites where the ad blocker is turned off. Same behavior, I often have to refresh a given page 2 or 3 times before it displays correctly. Sometimes the text only version of a page will load and other times the page mostly loads but there are image placeholders instead of the actual image. Very frustrating!

I’ve seen text only pages a few times after initial v24 install. I’ve since run Reset to Default, Repair Norton and reinstalled v24…several times. I’ll post if/when I see another text only page.

I’m still having this issue even when I’m deleting the cache and data within the browser. Doesn’t seem to be consistent at all. It can be very frustrating especially when it comes to web design.

any resolution to this Norton? it’s becoming very annoying.

I’m experiencing the same issues described here.

since this thread is getting long…I’ll repost

and I’ll add…fwiw ~ I’ve run Full Scan after each clean/reinstall.

I’m experiencing the same web page loading issues. Is anyone from Norton technical team reading these threads at all?

Still broken for me. To load web pages after Norton updates, exiting/restarting the browser, sometimes several times, and/or reloading the target page several times, is required. This is not a minor issue - it has a significant impact on usability. NORTON, WHERE ARE YOU? Does anyone have any insight into this? Is the company even aware of the problem?

Latest patch seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks, Norton.

Take that back. Problem returned this morning.
