Issue abstract: Norton Driver Updater isn’t working
Detailed description:
I downloaded the Trial Version of Norton Driver Updater and was all set. Ran the check and it found 13 drivers that were out of date.
I clicked to update 2 of them, just to make sure it worked and, just as yesterday, I get a blank screen with the circle in the middle showing it’s ‘working’…
It’s Been 2 hours…

OS details: Windows 10

What is the error message you are seeing? No error message. It just keeps showing the circle going round and round.

I have exactly the same issue. I finally paid the subscription for Norton Driver Updater after informing for months that i had over 60 out of date drivers and the damned thing doesn’t work!
I get the same blank screen with no error message just a spinning circle. I tried selecting Update All and Update Selected for one or two different drivers - but same effect. I also tried a re-scan

A S/W update worked. It seems the initial install didn’t work. Happy now!
