@ANCIENTSTORYMAN @Cynthia_Epeneter Yes indeed, Norton is aware of this and a host of other issues with the Avast engine based products that are out. I invite you both to review a thread where myself and others are tracking issues are they’re reported there. Norton DOES indeed review that thread as well. That being said, the powers to be within Norton / Gen Digital appear to be 100% ok with the current model of marketing customers away from their products. Nothing we can do in that regard but we can and do continue giving the physical evidence its due process and hope for corrective action.
