Revert to Version 22.24.8.36 safe source file to download Norton 360 for Windows

@V_M Yes, you need to completely remove the current 24.xx version. Then download the revert version 22.24.8.36 and immediately disable automatic updates. DO NOT allow it to run even once, and don’t run it manually.
