Version 15 isn't the current version which may have some bearing on the situation. What is your operating system and the version of the Norton security program you are running

I ran the full Norton utilities package, defrag, registry cleaner and disk cleaner and something unusual happened. My total HD space increased by 300 gb! It turns out that when disk is bleached, it leaves behind bleached files which are each 1 gb. The files should be automatically deleted at the end of the bleach process to release the disk space, but this apparently does not happen. I discovered this when Norton Ghost kept crashing because there was no longer enough room on the back up drive. It was apparently backing up all the bleached files.
