I just downloaded it two days ago my account says active but when i launch it, says renew subscription but its good till 2026

Did you download Norton Utilities Ultimate from your Norton account?
Did you Sign in at Norton Utilities Ultimate?

You could also look in your Norton Utilities product for a Renew button. Click on Settings on the left bottom and scroll to the right at the top so you see My Subscription. Then see if you see Renew where my image shows Active. If you do see that it should take you to a renewal page where you can enter the renewal code you received.
