Issue abstract: Process named NortonUI is stealing focus every 30 seconds, causing havoc in my work!
Detailed description:Every 30-32 seconds the current foreground window looses focus for a micro second, causing “hiccups”, error in typing and workflow errors. Using a PowerShell script that monitor and show an active list of the current and past window focus changes, I have found that the hiccups are caused by a process called NortonUI which steal the focus repeatedly. [this same issue also interrupted me sending you this report, many times]

What is the error message you are seeing? No error messages, not even in Event viewer, just destructive hiccups.
