Having the same issue as the original poster, including the same error code. I am running the latest Norton Product. Any suggestions?
I'm still getting this error code, despite having version 22.9.4.8 and downloading the latest updates, including NPE. When will Norton resolve this?
There is a new version of Norton Security being released. See announcement here. At least one user has noted it fixed another issue with NPE. Maybe it will help here.
Hi JPJM53,
I am having the dev team look at the logs.

Hi Pinggo2012 ,
Could you help us by sharing NPE logs to analyze the issue further
Ensure that you reproduce the issue once and exit NPE before collecting logs.
Logs location -
File 1 :C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\NPE\NPETraceSession.etl
File 2: C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\NPE\"Info'latestsession'.xml"
Zip both the file and attach it with your next reply.
Thanks,
Suren.
Are you using a Windows admin account when you run NPE and when you restart your computer? Run as Admin may not work the same.
