When trying to unlock vault using the Norton Password Manager extension in MS Edge, I receive the notification in Password Manager on my mobile. After I click approve, the extension times out on the laptop and asks if I want to resend or to enter the password to open the vault. .
I have restarted mobile and reinstalled Norton PM extension on the laptop. Mobile shows up under Passwordless Vault unlock.
Is there a resolution to this problem? My desktop is Windows 11, and Password Manager mobile is on an iPhone. I have this problem every day. The only solution that works for me is to wait for the prompt to resent the request to unlock the vault that works.
yes there is a work around remove it from the phone and add it agian did that help ore maybe also other thing you can do remove the app and add it agian and add the phone app agian it might work but i dont now it work whit mee it is only good thing to do no 100% fix
I had the same problem with my Android phone. You can solve it by disabling the “Use Adaptive Battery” option on your phone. Just search for: “Adaptive Battery” or Battery Saver. I imagine it would be something similar on the Iphone?
For some time I have had Microsoft Edge (Windows 11) on startup set to open both Norton Password Generator and Password Manager Vault web addresses*. Until a recent update (Norton I think), the passwordless login to the vault worked reliably. Recently, upon stating up Edge, my android phone receives a login request and will send approval, but the vault is not opened as it had always been. Now I must wait until Norton times out and lets me resend the request which reliably opens the vault web page.
it might work if you remove all the thing on you phone and remove the link to the password manager in you browser and then remove it and then reinstall it all Again that sometimes work
