Every year I receive a “please provide another form of payment” email from Norton when it’s time to renew my subscription. I do not have a credit card, I pay cash with my debit card. I keep limited funds in my debit card, and I do not have over-draft protection - for a reason! I transfer money into that account only as needed. I’m careful and have been a victim in the past - it’s why I have LifeLock!
With that said, would you PLEASE add an option for customers like me to simply click and pay on your website vs. your phantom (and random) attempts to draw on my Debit card? I keep a minimal amount of money in that account for a reason. I’m surprised more thought hasn’t gone into this process by your team.
Norton Community users urge Users that do not want automatic renewal to Unsubscribe and Delete their billing profile ~65+ days ahead…far enough ahead to avoid being billed. Users may shop $ at reputable retail/online vendors.

When you stop your subscription from automatically renewing:
Your subscription will continue through the end of your already paid subscription term, after which it will end and not automatically renew.
It may take up to 24 hours for your Norton account to show these changes. Norton Extras may end when you stop your subscription from automatically renewing.
