I just renewed Norton 360 Deluxe on multiple Windows devices and, (on only one of the devices) when I click on the icon in the task bar which usually opens up the Norton control panel, I get this message “This application is not supported in your current location” and I can no longer get to the settings for Norton. I have reinstalled Norton, I have rebooted, I have attempted to access the settings with and without a VPN turned on - no luck. Any ideas that might help me?
Were all the devices activated in the same region where you purchased Norton, and are all the devices still in that same region?
-What OS are you using on these devices?
-Did you renew an older version of Norton Security/Internet Security that may no longer be supported for a fresh install if it were removed and a reinstall attempted?

AI Overview
If you are receiving a message from Norton saying “This application is not supported in your current location”, it’s likely due to regional restrictions or specific features that are not available where you are located.
Here are some possible reasons and solutions
Regional Restrictions on Norton products or Features:
Some Norton products or features are designed for specific regions or countries.
This could be due to licensing agreements, local regulations, or the availability of certain services in that region.
If you’re using a product key for a country different than where you purchased it or registered your account, you might encounter this error.
Troubleshooting steps
Verify your Norton Account’s Region:
Check the country/region information associated with your Norton account.
If it’s incorrect, you’ll need to update it through your account settings.
Sign out and then sign back into your Norton account after updating, then try activating the product again.
Check your Operating System’s Region Settings:
Ensure your device’s region settings (in Windows settings, for instance) match your actual location.
Norton Utilities Ultimate (if applicable):
If the error pertains to Norton Utilities Ultimate, this software might not be supported in your region.
Contact Norton Support:
If you’ve checked the above points and still have issues, contact Norton support for assistance.
You can find Norton’s contact information on their website, including their general information and Member Services & Support numbers.
It’s important to remember that certain Norton products and features may have geographical limitations, and ensuring your account and system settings reflect your location correctly can help resolve this issue.

I resolved this issue (apparently) by running the uninstaller/re-installer. This is a strange problem since I have had Norton running on this device for many years and I just renewed about a week ago and it has been running fine since then until today. Even though I could not access the “My Norton” panel, the Norton icon in the task bar indicates “You are protected” when I move the mouse over the icon - also, the Norton processes are all active in the Task Manager. Also, other devices currently run Norton without issues (also for many years). I don’t think it was an issue with the key for all of the above reasons. The actual message is “Sorry, this product is not supported in your current location.” Again, this is after days of running Norton successfully after a renewal a couple of weeks ago. SoulAsylum: none of the devices were altered in any way over the past couple of weeks and all have successfully run Norton and allowed access to the “My Norton” panel since the renewal. In any case, reinstalling seems to have fixed it.
Thanks for posting your progress.
I did nothing to change the region of any of the devices - ever. All are up-to-date Windows 11.
I don’t understand the second question.
Just to be clear - error message is in a Norton window (so it is not a Windows OS message) and says specifically:
Sorry, this product is not supported in your current location.
This problem has resurfaced. Unless there are any other ideas, I don’t believe I will go through the hassle of deinstalling/reinstalling Norton and I probably will just go with another antivirus.
and you’ve reviewed here?
and you’ve reported issue via Norton support?
