NORTON 360 DELUXE PROTECTION SCORE.
I click on this and one of the items says i should set up backup. I have that set up already. Why is it showing this? I thought this was fixed in this new release?
******UPDATE - i fixed this by clicking it. Then it said pending and accepted it. It was already set up though, but now it isnt asking for it and it gave me points.
Ok, this came back again! So this is still an issue. It is asking me to set up a backup set again. And that is set up already. So this needs to be fixed. This is back. This should not be here. I have things backed up already.

This is still an issue. Score is not right because it is not including my back up set. THis is an error. Please fix this. Why does it ask me to set up a back up set when i already have one.
@gmPro182 Software design is the best answer I can give for this reoccurring issue. The interesting thing is these issues go away and return as you’ve noted. The protection score is actually childish in a lot of ways, it wants me to re-enable WiFi scanning for instance when I do not use nor have WiFi capability on this specific machine. I also use Macrium Reflect to do images and incremental backups which is a personal choice. Install private browser? I already have a very private browser. Marketing seems to have no ending. Why doesn’t Norton just go with the flow regarding the user choices? Software Updater is also in there. No need for it either. I just add them to the ignore list and call it a day. Feeding AI just isn’t my personal choice.
