Protection Score is now gone

Protection Score - asks me to set up backup and it is set up already

NORTON 360 DELUXE PROTECTION SCORE. I click on this and one of the items says i should set up backup. I have that set up already. Why is it showing this? I thought this was fixed in this new release? ******UPDATE - i fixed this by clicking it. Then it said pending and accepted it. It was already set up though, but now it isnt asking for it and it gave me points. [2026-02-08 19_58_45-2026-02-08 19_48_16-Norton 360 0208n]
