Refund of payment?

I forgot to turn off automatic renewal, I tried to apply for a refund of the amount, but I can’t get the application to go through, can anyone help me solve the problem?

I have tried the link, but without success, AP order number could not be found, within the refund period. Norton 360 subscription was updated on 22-6-2025. Can anyone help me with what I can do? Kind regards Erik

Hi

My subscription was auto-renewed 35 days prior to the expiration date. It is impossible to contact customer service to cancel my subscription. It’s my understanding that you can cancel a year renewal. Any attempt to go to support when clicking on “contact us” takes me back in loop asking for what I want help. Has anyone had any success in contacting customer service?

Hi

If I log on and go to the indicated locations it just takes me to the general support page which asks the topic. There is no choice to speak to an agent or chat with an agent. Keeps in loop. Will not give an option to cancel or get connected with an agent.
