Refund

I have been trying for 2 days to get a refund . I cannot get a phone number for use in Canada and online is not successful as it says constantly that there are a high volume of calls. 

Follow-up to last post.  When I go into to support I getredirected to the suppost page, I fill out the brief forn asking for a refund, hit the Save and Coninue button and nothing happens.  I notices in the laowe left of the screeen this:  Javascritp(0).  The same happens when I try to get the phone numbers.  ANy ideas?

I'm curious.  Are you using Firefox with the NoScript add-on?  If so, the add-on may prevent you from submitting the requested info.  In that case, I suggest you try a different browser.

Do you have cookies "not allowed" ?

 

Long ago I had a similar problem. I was using Internet Explorer 8 with a too restricted level for cookies. As soon as I lowered it (reducing the restriction level) my problem was solved!  

 

Maybe you could start by only allowing cookies and if it still doesn't work enable Javascript too?

Attached is the information from my bank received regarding my refund.  It says that I have an account with you.  Which I don't as it was cancel 12/11/23 and changed to 2 year and then cancel on 1/3/2024.
