What product? This board is for the Norton Core router and its subscription. Do you have Core? If not I will flag this thread to be moved to the appropriate forums board where it will get the appropriate attention.

Norton Refunds

Norton products (including subscriptions and Automatic Renewals) may be refunded within 60 days of the purchase date. Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable except in certain states and countries where these items are refundable.

The only way to get a refund, if you are within 60 days of purchase, is to contact Norton Support to make your request.   www.norton.com/contactcs

How long ago did you purchase your subscription? You only get refunds if you purchased within 60 days. 

If you still qualify for the refund, you will have to contact support and wait it out through the extremely long wait times caused by the current pandemic.    www.norton.com/contactcs
