My Norton subscription still seems to be intact but I cannot run Live Update or Quick Scan. I tried to remove and re-install my software but I receive an error message stating that an “unrecoverable error has occurred”. “Click Here” just returns me to the beginning of the “Remove and Re-Install” loop. Can someone please help me?
Had issues with auto install of 24.9.9452.995 & tried normal NRnR remove & reinstall. That came up with your same error, Version 24 apparently needs dedicated R&R, have not tried it yet. Had to resort to Windows uninstaller then downloading setup from my account which solved problems. See:
