Issue abstract: Over the past few months, Smart Firewall has begun to block the launch and operation of portable versions of all software (AIDA64, Speedtest, Tor Browser…) that requires access to the Internet.
Detailed description: As a result of researching the problem, I was able to find out that this is happening due to the fact that all portable programs are located in one folder, the name of which contains Cyrillic characters. Renaming this folder resolves this issue.
