Sonar Definitions and Behavioral Protection problems

Norton 360 on my PC keeps cycling thru Sonar Definitions and Behavioral Protection problems. Sometimes they autofix, sometimes not. there is no end to these. i’ve used the uninstall tool to completely remove Norton and reinstalled. Still no help.
I’ve viewed others on this community with the same issues. No resolutions posted there either. Matter of fact, many of those threads are archived, strange to see so much hidden about this failure in Norton.

This could be the last straw.

threads were archived when Norton Community recently moved to new Norton Community platform…it’s sad…all those pages are Oops! or Archive

Thanks for the update and explanation… I really didn’t think it was a conspiracy. What I’d really like to see is a definitive resolution to this problem. And I don’t think I’m alone in that…

No, you’re not alone.
I’ve followed Norton Community…habitually…way too long.
And it seems to me…all the (now) hidden negative user reports/comments from the old Community are all (now) appearing on the new Community.

Do a search of the Norton Community for “Behavioral Protection” and you’ll get 50+ responses.

That looks like a petition for action. Norton should either fix the problem (preferred solution), offer a workaround (temporary solution), or at least post an explanation (show us Norton acknowledges the problem and understands it).

If other frustrated Norton users read this and agree, then click the “watching” option. I’d expect at least 50+ watchers…
