I spent about 20 minutes UNsuccessfully looking for a Phone number to contact a live rep.
So, why doesn’t Norton make a Logical way to find the phone number?
Fortunately I found the phone number I thought was lost for Norton and now added this to my other numbers.
Fact remains Norton Makes it 99% impossible to find their phone number.

norton in eu does much evry time i has a bug they send it to us and fast and also aboute complaints they are nice in eu realy nice but that is not in us so it can be a other way it works
I agree that Norton makes is unnecessarily hard to cancel an add on subscription. They give you an option online to cancel your main subscription but don’t give you an option to cancel the add on. I called Norton 3 times and after lengthy efforts to get the agent to cancel, they “couldn’t” do that but were more than happy to help in getting my current subscription renewed, including taking my credit card info. Each time they “had” to transfer me to another agent who could help me and each I was disconnected. Finally on the 4th attempt, they finally honored my request to cancel, but only after telling them 4 or 5 times I wanted to cancel and that I had no interest in renewing. The best advice I’ve seen on this topic is to simply let it renew and then dispute the charge with your credit card company and have them reverse the charge.
