What is your OS, its version and build?
Are you on version 22.xx or 24.xx of Norton?
Have you reset your network to “Private” then reset the Norton firewall and reboot for a change to what you are seeing ?
Any screenshots to share for review? ( IP’s and MAC addresses masked please )
