Outlook 365 Send/Receive error when sending emails

I’m using the latest Norton 360 Advanced (version 25.3.9983 (build 25.3.9983.926)). I’m also using the latest Office 365 (Outlook version 2505 (Build 18623.20208 Click-to-Run). The error message from Outlook is: “The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or ISP”.
