After the MS security update this weekend I am unable to log onto Citrix. I have approved the app in Norton but I still cannot not access it. I can access every other application.
Also when trying to connect with Norton customer support I cannot generate the verification code!

Caveat: I’m not familiar with Citrix Workspace app
I deleted and reloaded the Citrix app this morning and still have the same issue. I thought “approving” the app in Norton would help with the connection but it did not
Did you also try temporarily disable Norton Smart Firewall…as test?
I’m seeing Citrix as Norton Smart Firewall → Allowed
I don’t have store URL or email address…so, that’s as far as I get.
