Unable to log into an application

After the MS security update this weekend I am unable to log onto Citrix. I have approved the app in Norton but I still cannot not access it. I can access every other application.

Also when trying to connect with Norton customer support I cannot generate the verification code!

I deleted and reloaded the Citrix app this morning and still have the same issue. I thought “approving” the app in Norton would help with the connection but it did not

from US - verification code is also sent via email

I get the emails but when trying to chat/phone support it’s a Generate Code button that does nothing. I’ve cleared cookies without any result

Did you also try temporarily disable Norton Smart Firewall…as test?
I’m seeing Citrix as Norton Smart Firewall → Allowed
I don’t have store URL or email address…so, that’s as far as I get.

Disable Norton Secure Browser and retest.
