Verbindung zum VPN kann nicht hergestellt werden

Hallo zusammen,

ich nutze Norton 360 unter Win 11.

Leider lässt sich VPN nicht aktivieren. Ich habe schon mehrere Vorschläge aus der Supportseite ausprobiert, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Evtl. kann mir hier jemand weiter helfen. Die Funktion Ad Tracker blockieren” ist ausgegraut. Die Fritzbox habe ich auch schon neu gestartet.

I use Norton 360 under Windows 11.

Unfortunately, I can’t activate VPN. I’ve already tried several suggestions from the support page, but without success. Perhaps someone here can help me. The “Block Ad Tracker” option is grayed out.

Hmm…when I recently tried to install Norton 360 along side Norton VPN Standard.
Norton dialog advised me to uninstall Norton VPN Standard…as I recall.

This appears to be a known issue with the 360 VPN feature.

I’ve been experiencing the same problem for a long time when connecting Secure VPN (Norton 360) and Norton VPN due to the fact that the path to the Norton executable file was specified in the advanced settings of the ad blocker AdGuard for Windows to exclude it from filtering.
