I found 22 here: Download Norton Antivirus 22.20.5.39 for Windows | Uptodown.com
I have used this one previously: Download Norton 360 20.2.0.19 for Windows - OldVersion.com
The second one is version 20, but it does the job. You will have to live update until it updates completely.
