Hi, Recently my wifi was blocked. I noticed Norton VPN was off so I turned it on and the internet worked. This seemed odd.
I then went to Windows 11 Network and Internet Settings and noticed (for the first time) that there were VPN settings. Thinking there may be a clash between Windows and Norton VPN - I turned the windows VPN settings off.
My questions are -
1. Should Windows VPN settings be turned off because I already have Norton VPN protection ? - or
2 Should I be incorporating Norton VPN settings in the Windows VPN settings?

1) Norton 360 Secure VPN on your PC does not use Windows 11 built-in VPN service.

Caveat: manual VPN setup in Windows 10/11 is over-my-pay-grade.
Maybe, you're using a corporate VPN, manual configuration makes sense, but it will probably be handled by your company.
IMO: the easiest way to use a VPN in Windows 10/11 is to install the client application provided by the VPN company of your choice.
