Can I rollback VPN versions?

Is there a way to rollback Norton VPN updates?

I’m not sure which version it was, but unfortunately I can no longer pick a US state for my VPN.

It only picks Virginia now which is extremely unhelpful. And picking a whole different country doesnt really work either.

No. There is no way to revert to earlier versions after you have updated.

The Norton VPN apps have never had an option to choose individual States. You can only choose a country.

Peter sorry dude but yes you can switch states its advertised on the website. I think you are possibly wrong?

Hello @Robert_Vogue

OS?
are you referring to Norton VPN plan or VPN in Norton 360 plan?

Norton offers VPN centric plans
Learn more about Norton VPN Plus and Norton VPN Ultimate plans here and here

==============================================

Norton VPN Standard/Plus/Ultimate plans here (I’m told by Norton support) offer more VPN features/settings for VPN centric users.

I’m told by Norton support that Norton VPN plans offer more VPN features/settings for VPN centric users vs the VPN included with Norton 360 plans.
for example: I’m told Norton VPN plans offer VPN protocol settings and state/regions option.

Caveat: I’m not familiar with Norton VPN plans.

At the time this thread was started last December, the VPN offerings did not provide State and City choices. This feature was added in an update to the standalone VPN app sometime between then and now.
