I’ve recently renewed my Norton 360 and it seems quite different from before. One thing I have noticed is that if I hover the mouse over the padlock symbol in the web browser, it no longer says Verified by Entrust, DigiCert, etc, but Norton Web/Mail Shield. I use Firefox and when I click on the padlock, it says: Connection verified by a certificate issuer that is not recognised by Mozilla. And this has only happened in the last couple of days. I renewed in mid-October. I have not installed Norton Safe Web, so I just wanted to check that this is OK/real//safe. If it’s not… help (in very simple terms, please!)?!
