Issue abstract: When opening Outlook 365 in Windows 11 an Internet Security Warning (from Norton?)

Detailed description: When opening Outlook 365 on a new Windows 11 machine, when linking to Earthlink email account, an Internet Security Warning popup appears. Please see attached. Clicking “yes” allows emails to be sent and downloaded onto local computer. Clicking “no” prevents anything from being transfered. Clicking on “View Certificate” with the “General” tab selected mentions Norton Web/mail Shield Root. Is that coming from Norton 360? Clicking on the Details tab shows serial numbers and other details not shared here. Clicking on the Advanced tab is shown in the 2nd attachment. How should this be resolved?

Product & version number: Norton 360 latest version.

OS details: Windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing? Pop ups attached

I’ve been getting certificate errors since Norton updated and need to reinstall the certificate with every reboot, otherwise mails don’t go out. I’d expect a quick solution to this problem from Norton, as it’s quite annoying.
Please respond.
