I have Norton 360 Deluxe and I’m migrating from a computer that won’t support Windows 11 upgrade to a brand new Windows 11 machine. I have already created a backup from the old computer and I was expecting for that backup to be available for restore. Rather than that, the backup is not listed on the Norton client in the new computer and I cannot restore some of the files I need. If someone has any advices on how to fix, I would appreciate it.
@gcp87 Try setting up and creating a “default” backup set on the new computer. See whether after doing so it allows you to view the backups that are already in the cloud.
Having the same issue with Norton 360 not seeing other cloud backup sets from other laptops backed up by the same account. Created a “default” backup set on the new computer and restarted. Still not able to view or restore from other Cloud Backup Sets (can see them on the website under my account and can download individual files). Can anyone let me know how to get cloud backup sets from another computer to restore on new compute? Thanks!
