I am travelling and in Ontario the Lotto website in my province says I must be in BC to login and pick my numbers. Not that important but I recall it used to give more choice on where you could put your VPN. I don’t necessarily need the fastest one or close to my actual location. Perhaps Norton VPN can allow us to choose from a dropdown list rather than using a default only.

for example: I’m told Norton VPN plans offer VPN protocol settings and state/regions option.
Caveat: I’m not Mac. I’m not familiar with Norton VPN plans.
