Thanks for your reply bjm, but I still can’t reach a human being, or anything else …the chat bot simply ends the chat when I click the link to chat to an agent.
‘Service Unavailable - Zero size object
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later’ is the message that appears on an otherwise blank screen. Only thing that works is ‘Ask the Community’.
I do NOT want auto renewal, and I want to be able to cancel my account if or when I decide to in the future, which would appear to be impossible as the options to do so are also ‘Unavailable’.

Yes bjm, I can access my account, and thanks for the additional info, but I’m still unable to chat online to an agent, which is important as I’m quite deaf…and as mentioned if I click on any of the blue highlit links they all show ‘Service unavailable’ etc
I’m also in the UK and I’ve only found one phone number which is for another country.
