I was FORCED upgraded to new design, After that update my Live Update in settings is greyed out.
How do I enable my Manual Live updates?
My Norton 360 Deluxe is trying to FORCE me to provide a phone number despite I don’t need to using Windows PC and I have a physical security key should I choose to enable 2FA.
How Do hide this despite trying to click Not Now on 2FA section and it not hiding?
I use Brave Browser and I receive this despite never having an issue logging in to mynorton in browser before, Is GenDigital trying to FORCE me to use a particular browser?

yes, I use ethernet connected to my machine, Not wifi. Norton says I’m not connected but I am via ethernet.

yes unable to connect is ONLY after the live update just installed the new version this morning.
I am new to this version so not expert yet.
I just restarted again, no change, Norton still says I’m offline

seems v24 has a few glitches
So, v24 just this morning and now Unable to connect to LiveUpdate.

and you’ve tried Reset to Default &or Repair Norton?

not yet but will try both, IF I can figure out where it is, I want my classic view back, This is too much in this layout.

I don’t have Brave installed. I don’t know whether switching default browser to Chrome…as test… would satisfy Norton v24
and power cycle router & machine…is no help?
can you try WiFi network?
reset to default did not work, still online thus posting here. Even tried both private and public network, no change
brave should have no bearing on live update working. I have multiple browsers, using latest chrome here.
I do not depend on wifi, will not if that does work.
Live Update does work with wifi, but not ethernet, this is not acceptable. Previous version worked with ethernet.

Yeah…just for test…just to see if Norton sees WiFi network.
yes it did, but I refuse to depend on iffy wifi. How can I contact Norton Technical support? Either fix it or give me back my old version

Hmm…WiFi satisfies your Norton v24…albeit, Wired does not.
if you want to try v22.x
