Bonjour,

Avec NORTON ANTITRACK j’ai plusieurs fois par jour une notification avec un triangle Orange qui me dit : Protégez-vous avec la dernière application. L’Assistance de Norton est intervenue deux fois. Une 1ère fois en prenant la main sur mon PC, en réinstallant Norton Antitrack, une 2ème fois par Chat en faisant diverses manipulations.

Rien n’y fait.

With Norton AntiTrack, I get a notification several times a day with an orange triangle saying: “Protect yourself with the latest application.” Norton Support intervened twice. The first time, they took control of my PC and reinstalled Norton AntiTrack ; the second time, via chat , they performed various troubleshooting steps.

J’utilise Firefox

Le 16/02/2026, le technicien de NORTON qui a pris la main sur mon PC pour essayé de résoudre mon problème a installé la version 4.6.0.4373.

Il faut donc que j’attende que la nouvelle extension soit diffusée (v4.8.0), si j’ai bien compris pour résoudre mon problème.

Je comprends donc qu’il faut attendre.

Combien de temps environ sera encore nécessaire ?

J’utilise également Edge sur lequel c’est bien la version v4.7.0.4542 qui est installée

So I have to wait for the new extension to be released ( v4.8.0 ), if I understand correctly, to solve my problem.
So I understand that we have to wait.
Approximately how much longer will be needed?

Norton AntiTrack extension v4.8.0 for Firefox is currently in the review and approval process with Mozilla. According to an official Norton representative on the Norton Community forum (21 Feb), the update will be rolled out to all users automatically as soon as it passes this review.
