Hi, Norton Safeweb has flagged my site as Phishing'. Last night I submitted a dispute but it says that the "category remains the same". It doesn't tell me what the exact problem is or how to fix it.
I am really upset and annoyed by this issue as I know my website does not contain any malware or phishing at all. I need someone to take a look at the website and set the correct safe rating, or tell me how i fix the specific 'Phishing' issue so that my website is rated as safe.
https://discadia.com/ is our website. It is a Discord server list where users can share and join Discord servers/emojis, that's it.
Hi, it's still showing up as Phsishing, ive been trying to reach norton support about this for the past 48 hours with very little success now...
Is there anything that can be done about this? Can it be raised to a higher support member from Norton? It's scaring our customers and I am concerned...

My domain has this same issue. We are a legit business and we are not doing any phishing or malicious activities. This rating is KILLING my business. When I submit a dispute, it says “dispute already in progress” - for at least the last month or more. HELP!

Wow @BJM thank you so much for all the info. I’ve done all of that stuff to no avail, as far as false positive reporting. Our web app has several scripts that help publishers analyze their content, my guess is some variation of those scripts triggered some “signature” of what potentially bad sites do. An unfortunate coincidence that I can’t seem to get reversed!
