Norton "You're Offline" Help Setup

Hello, I am under a network that has some firewall rules and I am looking for technical details so I can contact IT administrators to fix this.

My Norton software currently works as intended, however I am being told by the “LiveUpdate” and the “Software Updater” panels, that “You are Offline” while being connected to my Ethernet.
This is clearly some sort of problem of firewall of my network, but I haven’t been able to figure out what service\address does Norton contact to use those features. I would like to know so that I can have unblock those domains\protocols by my network administrators and make Norton function as intended. Thanks.
