Tango, I have scrolled back and forth an unbelievable number of times trying to find out how to talk to someone about cancelling the automatic renewal of features in my Norton 360. It is literally impossible to do. Last year, I actually spoke to someone about cancelling all of these add-on features. They told me it was done. When I got my credit card statement…there it was, Norton charges. It makes me wonder if Norton is not an above-board company? I’m trying to get a jump on the next renewal and I can’t stop them from charging me for features I do not use!!!

I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the automatic renewal. This stipid website keeps going round in circles, telling me what to do and giving no means to do it - worst scammers ever!! I am furious. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW.

To update billing for your Norton account, sign in at Norton’s website, go to the Billing Information section (or Manage Subscriptions > Billing Information ), click the Edit icon next to your payment method, update the card details, and then click Save , receiving a confirmation email for the successful update.
