Transferring to new computer using Norton

I need to transfer all of my data to a new computer (windows 10 to windows 11). I use Norton 360 to backup to external hard drive but when I tried to run backup the function has disappeared. I have a lot of data to move over and using Norton back to recover to the new computer should have been easy, or would have been easy until Norton changed the program.
