I am trying to contact Norton support , but neither the chat or phone , are working , when I click on either, the page just goes back to the suppport page , saying how can we help , with the same choices ask the community , chat & phone but neither chat nor phone do anything ? I have only just bought this 360 deluxe , and cannot get an answer anywhere , Im beginning to think Ive been scammed
Norton chat should work. What is your problem?
As said, I got to the support page, filled in the form , then the " Choose How " page came up , so I clicked on " Chat " the screen flashed , then took me back to the start page ! That Happened several times …so I gave up and changed to " Phone " same thing happened there , again after several attempts . The only thing i could open, was the " Ask the Community " part ! I have gone through several sites , and it is not just me , quite a few people , have the same problem. Thanks for your reply .

I have just purchased Norton 360 Deluxe. it says i can connect 5 devices , up to now ive put it on my mac book ( Monterey ) and my iphone . I tried to contact Norton because I could not log in ! I kept getting messages, saying wrong password ! but id only just set it up ! Anyway i requested a password thing 3 times, and got a msg , saying that an email had been sent, 3 times ( I waited 10 -15 mins between each request ) no emails arrived ! I could not get into chat or phone , kept bringing up the options page . I gave up, and created a new account , which finaly got accepted . I have 2 issues How do i link my 360deluxe to the new account i had to create ? While trying to download 360 on my iphone , i am halfway through installing it , and I need help , because the instructions on screen , do not match my menu . How do I get to speak to someone , at Norton ? Also , following the on screen instructions , i clicked on add another device , added the phone & despite being told to scan the QR code to continue , I have been charged a further 22 gbp ? Despite being told my subscription covers 5 devices ?How do I get my money back for the phone ? Thanks in advance !

Norton customer service via sucks. The phone service asks you for a prompt and will not accept the numerical prompt. And then the person on the chat feature has no damn clue what the dickens they are talking about. Keeps repeating himself with absolutely no solution. Time to ditch this service.

Yes, and when I looked for another service, they say Avast is terrible customer service. Right now I am trying Intego, they have email type and works pretty good. BUT I am waiting out until the norton service expires and hoping by then, i find something that has what I want. Seems most recommend Norton, TotalAV, Bitdefender.McAfee. Where I am, I have a macosx and most of these AV are for windows, retrofitted to the mac, but Intego is supposed to be built for the mac.
I am still farting around with Norton about there safe email , which just isn’t worth the paper its written on if I can’t use it. Good luck .
