I can’t contact to refund my subscription. 2 days after the fail payment and cancel the subscription the took money for year activation. how can i refund?

In fact i tried email verification, but after that it will always go back to sms verification. I tried from both my iphone and laptop. It is still the same.
I tries both wifi and data too. I am from Malaysia.
I tried that. I log in as guess with apple id. Anything i can do from there?
and you don’t have 2FA backup codes ?
Don’t try signing In…just get to support via Continue as Guest
Edit: does Continue as Guest require “sms verification” ?

Hi, I managed to chat with a real human through one the of the link you shared. Apparently they stop sending 2FA in Malaysia. There is nothing they can do about my account hence they transfer my subscription to a new account for me.
